    How Much Sleep?

    Hi everyone... am just wondering how much sleep are budgies supposed to have? My new budgie, Lucky, a male, seems to have really active days and then really quiet days, where he sleeps a lot during the day. He's having a very quiet day today. I put his cover on about 7.30 each night and take it off again when I hear him chirping at 7.30 in the morning. Is he not getting enough sleep? Thanks! Lee :ausb:
