That's good, yes he just needs to settle in , a nice quite area where he won't get spooked for a couple of days. He will get use to your brothers once he has been there for a while. I am glad you like him , lol even better that you love him, I think he will be a nice bird when he moults through. At least he will be your little buddy, I mean Flip.

That is what my dark green looked like at 3 weeks but his hip was out and his foot had no feeling in it, it just hung there but he came good after I cut his ring off, his leg and foot blew up , the poor little fella but any way I managed to cut his ring off an dafter a couple of days his leg went down and now he has feeling in his foot. weird. But yes he can live happily with on leg.

Thank You Splat
Hi A, I would say he is nervous or stressed, just let him settle in for a couple of days. He was a healthy little chappy when he left here yesterday but very nervous. Just keep him in a quite area until he adjust. He is probably missing his little friends in the aviary. How is his poops normal or a bit watery. A bit watery is a sigh of stress.

Really Desperetly Need Ideas To Solve My Flight Issues
It's a lovely spot for an aviary but won't the mice run up the plants onto your roof, only saying that because that is what is happening here and I was told by several people last week that the mice are on there way back in droves. I guess they mean they are breeding up and are going to hit us hard again.

Really Desperetly Need Ideas To Solve My Flight Issues
I think you will need help, sorry, will your son help you. My shed is 3 x 3 and Greg and I thought we could do it on our own but it really needed 3 people 2 to hold the walls and one to screw in the screws. It was really quite hard.

Really Desperetly Need Ideas To Solve My Flight Issues
How big is the new one Gb Oh that aluminum angle corner stuff, well I used that in my new bird room, I used it in corner to hide that the walls didn't really meet probably and I used it on the walls on the bottom like you are talking about. but instead of having it sit out I had it sitting into the wall so that means that one side of it was on the outside that I screwed to to wall and the other angle went under the wall, so i didn't needn't need to screw it ir glue it to the floor. I used it to make the wall longer because it was cut a little short. Do you know what I mean.

Should be able to, do you mean on the floor where the wall meets the floor. You can screw to wall but I don't know about screwing to bricks, might be able to glue to bricks with liquid nails as long as none is available to the birds.

Some 2011 Baby Photos
LOL I thought I would cheer you up with a bit R rating lol. I get jealous sometimes the lucky things, that's my white boy and his daughter, not picky is he.lol Funny Gb was getting on before to say RIGHT I quit, who wants my birds, I have had enough until I read your post and it made me wake up to myself. Went out to the birdroom this morning and a 2 day old chick dead, full crop but very pale and the nest I really wanted the chicks from hatch 1 this morning and 1 this arvo , any way 1 was dead late this arvo and I was so upset about it because it was from that nest and the surviving chick is an albino from another nest that I don't really care about. The chick that died was half sister to the sky above. SO SICK OF IT ALL ... Empty out quite a few boxes today. Thanks Macka, it's about time I bred something worth while lol. The sky has a purple ring on , should of really had a orange ring but I kept using the old rings until a few days into September. Now I am kicking myself. But the 2 spangles are orange rings.

Really Desperetly Need Ideas To Solve My Flight Issues
That aluminum corner stuff is very thin and easy to screw through, hardware stores sell it and Bunnings. At Bunnings it is $3.10 for I think it is 2400 in length. I use self drill steel screws. I will take photos of the aluminum corner stuff and the screws tomorrow. The screws screw into the steel sheeting easy too.. I have been using the aluminum on nearly every corner and crook and cranny trying to mouse proof aviary. I am even using it of the roof at the back.

Really Desperetly Need Ideas To Solve My Flight Issues
I don't mean for free GB, but there might be some group that helps when you disabilities but you still pay but not a fortune. They come and do the job and then just go away. I know here in Nathalia there is such a place through the council that has handy men working for them to help fix things around the house and mow lawns for elderly and people with disabilities with healthcare cards. It's not a hand out because you still pay but much cheaper than hire a hubby. Why I asked where the silicone needs to go was because I siliconed my old aviary but then put very thin alluminum over it, screwed it to the wood or steel so the birds couldn't get to it. It is that angle stuff they use on corners of plaster walls in house.
