We i could fly them as lugague I had to send them thru Dogtainers or one of those companies. I am bringing 6 up from Sydney and it is costing me $50 Tracey

I have a box and already paid for them to come up just wondered if you needed to do any thing to make the trip better for the birds cover the box etc. But not sure if they need air to circulate etc Tracey Is the box a proper carry box for birds, if not, they may not take it on the plane. I have just found out where my budgies are from the Person I got them from doesn't keep Pedigrees but i asked him what lines they were from and I was wondering if any one could tell me anything about these lines Most of my Birds are Cross between Geoff Woods (NSW) and Stephen Mow (VIC) Bruce Stephens and Keen Lines, So I was wondering if anyone if famailar with these lines Tracey

I am flying down to Sydney tomorrow and will be bringing some birds back with me. I am taking a wooden carry cage with me but was wondering if i need to do anything else. Also how do they cope with flying has anyone had an experiences with this Tracey

How often would you show these birds are shows about 6-8 weeks apart or do you take different birds to different shows Tracey

Thanks Kaz although some are not show quality they come from good show birds so i am hoping they will start me off on the right path to breeding some nice birds myself Tracey

No not yet still been trying to get the other avaries up and ready. Will have to sit and watch them for a bit and see what names suit them best Tracey

Hi Daz I am in Chambers Flat, which is between browns Plains and Jimboomba I have heard of Warner but can't remember where it is. I am getting my Budgies in May so have till then to get my aviaries set up I brought 5 before christmas but need to set them up for Budgies, got them from a friend that used to breed Galahs Tracey

Hi I have just joined today as i am wanting to learn as much as I can about Budgies. I have a friend in Bathurst who shows Budgies and is bringing me 5 pairs up in May to start my breeding program and hopefully start me on the road to Showing good quality Budgies. I saw them while I was down there Judging a herding trial and were similar to the budgies I used to own in England. I presently Breed and Show/Trial Border Collies as well as Bengal Cats and Maine Coon Cats. I have 60 odd sheep and about 40 ducks. Looking forwards to learning as much as i can about Budgies Tracey
