  2. yeah, but is that 200 adults... plus 40 babies??

ahh, but was it an Alan sized thumb?? :fear Feathers.
  4. I am apparently a green too. I think you would be a good green budgie Aly....I think you are courageous. I totally agree with that, Paul :fear Hmm, I saw that and thought, nah.. I probably used to be green, but you two are pretty much echoing what another couple of RSD patients said when I was in Melbourne. They kept saying how brave I was to go out, especially on my own. Maybe there is still a lot more green in me than I realise.
  5. Oh Shawna, what an awful feeling. I was bad enough when I couldn't find one of mine once, and that was when I had let them out for exercise and they were confined to one room. Finally found her inside a small box in the walk in robe. Good luck finding your baby. Feathers
  6. hmmm, very strange, this is the second thread that I replied to today that I don't remember... very strange. I do take the sleeping tablets that have been in the news lately.. where people sleepwalk and do strange things. "Dumbass" isn't even a word I normally use. If I see a third post I don't remember I will be real worried... ps. I was going to say that YueLiang is a stunner... very pretty.

  9. I am apparently a green too.
  10. Great pics as per usual. I love the 2nd flight photo, the first one of Oz and the very last picture with Mickey. Poor dog, harrased by budgies!! Feathers.
  11. Duh - just call me Dumbass This side has the iris rings and doh, the eyes are dark - not red. My excuse, it's 2:20am :hap: Still gorgeous though. Feathers
  12. I love them, Cheeta. My YF2 spangle is a real bossy boots too. Your white recessive is gorgeous as well. Feathers.
  13. Jimmie is a very beautiful budgie, gorgeous feathering Feathers.
  14. Wow, thank goodness. For a minute there I thought you meant I wasgrowing on her leg. That would have been a major handicap. Isn't that interesting. I guess it is a bit like women growing mo's and bum fluff on their faces. Misplaced feather shafts? Does it worry her at all? I think she is just special and I just love her name too. Being that I love Singapore/Malaysia and surrounds, I should take advantage of the huge range of beautiful names from the Bahasa Malaysia and Bahasa Indonesia too. Feathers. [impatiently awaiting new aviary photos]
  15. Nope, but not far away from there... jump on the Kenwick Link from Pet Magic and keep going through 3 sets of lights. It is opposite Bunnings Warehouse in Maddington (Austin Avenue). It is call Pet Warehouse. Tell me when you have a looksy, I may try to take advantage of a car to get a couple of decent sized bags of seed when you come over for a coffee and to show off your acquisitions on your way home Feathers.
  16. Well, you got me thinking, Zebra. I have very green yellow faces and also goldenface green. I guess if you could breed a double factor yellow face whose base colour is visually green it is possible. Being a double factor YF would show as a white face. Have fun with it, and let us know how you go Feathers.

Are you sure he hasn't been trying to tell you all this time. Take a closer look at the lacey edges..... [gets out magnifying glass & looks quizzically at the budgie called Blinkie] Feathers
  18. I have the most gorgeous YF soft grey budgie, that I acquired as an exhibition budgie. I will be thinking long and hard anout what to pair him too. They are pretty birds. Feathers.
  19. You're doing a good job, Elly. I will start reading through some in my spare time (normally between 1am and 6am when I can't sleep) Feathers.

I am with you, FGM. I have soft spots for them both too. Of course I don't play favourites when I visit. I'm happy to give all of the babies cuddles Feathers.
  24. Looks blue to me too. Maybe it's time to calibrate your monitor, Elly? Feathers.
  25. Nah, I was down there getting some pine shavings and glanced at the cages. Hard to not notice fallows, and I know Cheeta likes them. I couldn't tell you what else they had. I am too scared to look in case I fall in love with them Feathers.
