What About This Cage?
I have that cage and I love it! Right now I have 3 in it, but am going to get one more soon. Nerwen, your blue and white pied budgie looks just like mine: Skye.

Beautiful budgies!

What Kind?
So the wing pattern has to be light to be a dilute? I didn't realize that. I'm trying to learn the different budgie variations, but I'm not a very fast learner.

Thank you for your opinions. :hap:

What Kind?
Hi, I was wondering if one of the experts here could tell me what kind of budgie I have? I know that she's some kind of dilute, but that's all I know. Here's a link to her picture. She's the light blue one in the back. The picture makes her look even more blue than she is: in real life she's paler than that. http://i42.photobucket.com/albums/e331/lis...ng/72f4ed8a.jpg

Dominant Pied With Dark Eyes?
Thank you for your reply. I love your budgies, they're beautiful! Yeah, if I look really close, I think that I can see a really dark ring around the iris, but it's really hard to see. I think I like the look better of having no ring. It makes them look young and cute.

My Budgies
Thank you! :bluebudgie: Yes, I watched, but they all looked the same! Well, they looked the same when they were flapping around the cage anyway. But yeah, I didn't realize it till we got home. Oh well. :ausb:

My Budgies
Yeah, I'm just hoping. I think he/she looks like a female most of the time, but then other times I think that maybe he/she could be a male! I was really hoping for a male, so I could end up with two females and two males (once I get one more budgie). I had a budgie picked out at the pet store that really looked like a male, so I pointed out to the employer that I wanted him. I had noticed Lemon, but didn't choose her, because I thought that she looked like a female. But then when we got home, I realized that the employer had caught the wrong budgie! I wasn't going to bring her back though, and I'm glad that I didn't. :bluebudgie:

My Budgies
I finally have some pictures of my budgies on the computer. I haven't resized them, so I am just posting a link to them. This first one is of my two budgies, Skye and Pearl. Skye is 2 1/2 years old, and I think that Pearl is around 4 months old or so. http://i42.photobucket.com/albums/e331/lis...ng/72f4ed8a.jpg This second one if of my newest budgie, Lemon. I think that he's probably around the same age as Pearl. He is so different than most of the other budgies I have. He's very friendly, and as soon as I open the door to his cage, he hops out! The other budgies just want to stay in their cage all day. And whenever I get near his cage, he's chirping at me, and jumping on the side of the cage where I am. He's already fairly well hand tamed now too. http://i42.photobucket.com/albums/e331/lis...ng/03a98a4c.jpg

Dominant Pied With Dark Eyes?
Hi, I was wondering if it was possible for a dominant pied budgie to never get the white ring around their eyes. I'm sure that my budgie is a dominant pied, but yet she has never gotten the white ring on her eyes even though she's well over two. Isn't it only the recessive pieds, lutinos and albinos who's eyes don't change? Here's a couple links to some pictures of her. http://i42.photobucket.com/albums/e331/lis...ng/HPIM3128.jpg http://i42.photobucket.com/albums/e331/lis...ng/HPIM2932.jpg

Cages
It's a money order, and make sure to get it for $99 AMERICAN. If you get it for the Canadian amount, the person you're buying the cage from will have to send it back, because they won't be able to cash it. Wherever you buy the moeny order from, they'll know what it is.

Kirby, I have pm'd you. I forgot to mention this though: the seller doesn't accept paypal, so I sent a money order. And I didn't have to pay a cent when it came to the door: I paid everything I needed to before hand. Good luck with getting a cage! Lisa

Cages
Yes, I got it from that seller in Orlando. It cost me $174 Canadian, including the $5 for the money order. It's a really great cage, my budgies love it. It took about two weeks to be delivered to my front door, but was only supposed to take about one week...it got delayed a week. It should cost you the same since you live in Ontario.
