  11. Thanks Kaz, I've been giving mine the usual, seed, greens etc but haven't tried the egg and biscuit so will see how they go with it as well, regards Robyn Further to yesterday, blended up biscuits to a coarse breadcrumb consistency. Looks very similar to what I have seen in pet shop now. Wondered if maybe there was a mistake in ingredients? It was 2 0z cornflour then went 2kg s.r. flour. Thought maybe it should have been 2 lb not kg.? That was amount of flour I got into mix. Strange that recipe would be part imperial, part metric measure. Any thought's on this if anyone else has tried recipe. Robyn Sounds like a misprint...since it worked for you do you want to alter the ingredient info in that topic for us ?

  21. Gets dirty just the same but keeps the seed debris in the cage. Sliding it sideways means I can change the paper, change the food, and also vacuum the bottom of the cage with little fuss.
  22. Tall cages less top perch space. Wider cage more top perch spaces and room to be away from each other. Kind of like......wider is like a dormitory with lots of beds for everyone. Taller is more like everyone standing in a lift to sleep and be with each other. Its a space thing.
  23. I'm not actually sure. I know her father was a grey spangle not opaline.
