How To Get An Albino?
You will need a male that is split to albino (white) or a albino male that is the only way you are going to get what you are looking for. The lutino female (yellow) will only produce male off spring split for lutino you will not get Albino babies with her.

Time To Vote - Who Is The Cutest 4 Legged Friend
We had so many cute pictures WOW so we are going to have to a couple votes to narrow the choices. The first 1/2 of pictures will be voted on over the next week and then the top will be going into the final vote. If your picture was added you will see an EDIT LINE that says "ENTERED IN CONTEST - 1ST HALF" We will have more then 1 winner so this first round will yield WINNER 1 then the next one will be WINNER 2 etc... I will have the next set of pictures up for voting and then again will do a second vote because we couldn't fit all the pictures in 1 poll and I don't want too many polls at one time and then it gets so confusing. Just this is confusing to explain so I hope it makes sense . So if your picture is not in this round of voting DON'T worry it will be in next weeks. There will be 10 pictures in each section (the sections are separated by the words "voting continued") you will need to VOTE and CHOSE 1 in EACH SECTION...for the vote to go through. The voting will stay open until May 5th US EST Time then it will close and I will take the top votes from each section for the second voting round. If you have questions you can PM me or leave them on this post. DO NOT PUT WHO YOUR FAVORITE IS ON THIS POST THE POLL IS NOW CLOSED TO VOTE FOR THE WINNER THE FINALIST....CLICK HERE TO VOTE

Never Walk Outside With Fledging Babys
you have great suggestions, don't give up and we have a article in the FAQ about Lost Budgies and what to do, with her being so young I wouldn't be surprised if she came back to the aviary so watch for signs of her in the trees and on the aviary sides clinging. Don't beat yourself up we all have done something and regretted it, it was an accident.

Problems I Have Faced
this is very interesting Daz, the only way to learn is by experience (some are harder then most) but I have to thank you for sharing this information with us because I would have never known. Sorry for the losses and I do know your birds will be in tip top shape in no time. I was thinking this would be good to also state in the forum "Don't Do with Budgies"

Budgie Is Nipping Me ?
honestly he is probably flirting with you and doesn't mean it out of anger especially since you said he is tame, he could be doing it to get attention, you can correct this behavior by saying no and pushing him away or taking him completely off your shoulder and then letting him back on only when he behaves.

Id Please
if they have wing marking and they are brown but light they would still be a lacewing because that is caused from the cinnamon gene not the albino (which erases markings), what makes you think 6 is an opaline? His head markings are normal? :hap:

Car Travel ?
Tim, transported Merlin 6 hours without an issue they will travel well as long as you provide them a stable enviroment (not too hot, not to cold, no drafts), also food and water (lettuce soaked in water is good so it doesn't spill). What were you thinking?
