I agree with Kaz they look fanastic the babies you bred all grown up . The spangles are beuatiful especially the m. spangle. Thanks for sharing Nerwen it has been awhile and I alway love seeing your flock you have a variety of colors and mutations.
  2. You don't say "who is gong out with who?"
  3. If he has been on antibiotics for a least 48 hrs and there is no improvement as Ikon says he does need to see the vet again. My question to your friend has she seen an avian vet or a vet that usually sees dogs and cats, there is a big difference in knowledge so I would make sure you are going back to the avian vet. As Ikon said keep him very warm at least 75F -80F in constant temperature you will be amazed what warmth can do. Is the bird eating if not you may have to feed it and make sure it is getting fluids. Look at the poos what do they look like are they white and sloppy that indicates no eating if they are black with no white that indicates no drinking. Let us know.

  16. Deb, at least you are getting some answers, the unknown is the worset. I remember when my cousin's little boy was diagnosed about 3 years ago, he is now 6 and she has fought for him. Know that you have the support of this forum and many good friends here that will either help you out if you want or just listen to get it out. If you need anything let me know, I know I am miles and oceans apart but I am here.

  18. Here in the U.S. they are allowed. I remember when I was younger I bought a baby bunny he died in 3 days from e. coli infection, I spent 100 U.S. on him at the vet er center, I would do the same but it was devestating for me. It is very sad . Good on you Neat!
  19. Hugs, on your loss there. I have always heard to keep them off the floor period so I have trained Merlin to stay off and I advise it to other members.

  21. One thing I remember way back when I was doing some research is that Vitamin E also stimulates the birds into mating.
