Again though wildlife does say to leave them because the parents will feed them and take care of them on the ground.
  7. I don't think I have ever heard of a budgie and cocktiel success breeding that is why I say that oh yes we get all the different hybirds and mixes here too...I am just saying that these 2 birds are not as closely related like those 2 are and again I haven't heard of a successful hybrid cross and I think it is asking for trouble that you may not want ...that is all.

  9. MB that would not be a good idea because they you could promote a tiel to lay clear eggs and tiels are one of the hardest to stop once they start .

From what I understand the best thing you can do is leave them alone because they are probably trying to fledge and if they did fall out the parents will continue to feed the baby on the ground, this is what our wildlife tell us here in the states. You can still put it back outside out of your yard I bet the parents are still looking for it and will feed it but if not call wildlife so they can take care of it properly. Most wild birds die if not in the hands of the parents or wildlife specialist because of their diet.
  11. I have see the feeding back and forth before but not the mating, I am surprised that the tiel is letting it happen

  17. I love seeing everyone's flowers they are gorgeous, we have so many whitetail deer in our area that growing flowers is hard because they eat them all, I have a lot of marigolds they don't like them . I love the cherry blossoms we have a cherry tree in our front yard with those same exact blossoms.
