Here is a melinistic spangle cinnamon. The markings are darker than normal and in this case giving it the cinnamonwing. (Colour doesn't show up well in this photo)

 

In LusoPeriquito there is the scolloping in the wing markings of a spangle also no body banding of either the Dutch or Australian dominant pied.
