I went to pick up my baby budgie from my breeder this evening. I let the breeder choose for me a baby boy. She gave me her favorite budgie and the most friendliest one out of them all, her whole family adored him.

I decided to name him Jasper, here are the pictures of him.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

He is super sweet.

The breeder gave me some of his food and his favorite toys. I also got some information of what he likes to eat and his hatch date, Also the names of his parents.

What a gorgeous little thing. It'll be interesting to see what his adult feathers will look like. I had a budgie once who started off white with a couple pastel splotches, but he grew up to be bright yellow and blue with a green rump. I love how they change like that!
