Is Her Nose A Cause Of Concern

I noticed that a few days ago she had a reddish orange stain around her nostrils and there was a little on her head as well. I’ve been told it could be an infection. From what I know she hasn’t really been sneezing much and the only times I really notice her sneezing is after she preens or eats. I can’t say if her behavior has changed much since I got her this month but recently she has been a bit more active than she was before.
