I gave this little fellow to my step son to keep at his dads place.

I bought him off a lady when I was after adults to breed with.

He took a liking to Tilly they mated a few times but they never produced any off spring.

The poor little fellow then lost his love to another bird in the aviary, Winston kept trying. I felt sorry for him and removed him a few days later I gave him away to my stepson, hoping he would have a better life as a pet. He got to live 5 months as some boys loved pet oh and he was one of my favorites even though he was the most deformed budgie I had ever seen(not sure if these played a roll in his death.) he had a small body and larger wings than his body.

Monday they found him dead in his cage, if he was sick he done a good job hiding it from us.

See you little matey wish there was something I could of done for you little guy. will miss you stomping around the cage with your tiny little feet while I am out having a smoke.

Ag so sorry, which one is it on the photos? The Yellow+green one? They all look beautiful to me! How was he misformed? It might have just been he was bred from a large Dad and Small Mom.My Ino (Albino) and her Male Showbudgie's wings are so different! She is sleek & he's bulky. But they are all fine......... Sounds like he died of the change from known environment to a strange place- they starve themselves. Almost like a Canary? I read this in a Book written by a Budgierar!?????? Or the little heart was broken! They are sensitive little birds! Shame man sorry for your loss. RIP Winston!
