Clearflight Pied Or A Non-Banded Dominant Pied?

Recommended Posts

I have no clue as to how these 2 differentiate as I've heard of Dominant Pied budgies that do not have a clear band across the belly, which would make them look like Clearflight Pieds.

I bought one today. He has pink feet (which I am aware that some Clearflight Pieds do also have pink feet).

Also, is he a violet or a mauve?

Here's him at the pet store.

Ditto from me. Although I'd say possibly opaline, spangle? Clearflight. Mauve/violet.

Lovely bird, are the others in pics from the same nest do you know? they look similar. Very young also. Sorry Rashu not much help. :)

I'll take a guess on this one. I think he is to be a clearflight pied. He is certainly a handsome bird.

if he has a spot on the back of his head, he would be dominate pied.
