What Time Of The Year Do Most Breeders Have Babies?

That is baby budgies for your information. I know there is no actual budgie breeding season but it seems to me that sometimes of the year there are always a few 'Budgie's for Sale' notices and then other times there are none. If there is an actual time when there should be more baby budgie's for sale wether in a pet shop or in a breeders, could your please tell me when. Your help would be much apreciated.

Most breeders do not breed through the coldest part of winter or the hottest part of summer.

There are breeders and there are breeders. Show breeders mostly have breeding seasons they stick to and pet breeders would breed any time according to their setup.
