Will try to attend....used to belong to a club many years ago but have taken up the hobby again as my daughter is interested. Great atmostphere and some really good birds. I had birds in to sell and I also purchased a couple so can speak from both sides of the fence. The highest priced bird was from memory around $650 and the average price was around $300 and there were some really good quality birds available so in my opinion there was something for everyone. That is a problem sometimes,the breeder puts a reserve on there bird & it is set to high,as the bird is not as good as they think & if you are not known,the price will not be as good as someone,that have the results on the board. That is the thing,about Auctions,they only make what the last bid was.If you want more,bid on them yourself, because if a bird is passed in,it drops the average price. Link to comment
