They then have the little facts box with Dog - 4 million Cats - 2.6 million Birds - 8.4 millions 8.4 Million birds kept as pets! Know I know that most people have multilpe birds but alot of people have two dogs or cats. In fact I believe that someone said about 90% of owners have two or more. So really what they are saying is that 2 million people in australia have a dog, 1.3 million have a cat and I will be nice and say there would be around 3 million that have one bird or more.... I still think we out weigh the others in ownership! People just don't see as pet owner! Oh we need a walk for wings day! Link to comment
