First and foremost, the mutations page isn't up yet. It's going to be a while on that but I spent pretty much all of today working on getting the other pages in order. After all the time I spent today you'd think I would be satisfied but I'm far from it. There are a million things I need to add.

 

Also, *Jess, I uploaded the site before getting your answer on using pictures (because my brain went pft) and I can't even remember if I'd asked you before! So, your budgies are pictured but if you want them to NOT be pictured just send me a PM and I'll take the photos down, no harm!

 

I haven't used many photos at all compared to the ones I've been sent but most of those will end up in the mutations section and the rest have their place too. In other words, if you sent me photos and don't see them, it's because I just haven't gotten around to the section of the site that is going to use them.

 

I think the way I'll credit those who want it is to have a whole page full of credits. It would take forever to go through and edit each picture with a credit. The exception will be pictures that already have information on them such as the ones Pass takes. I'll leave that information intact.

 

I know the layout looks a bit crappy right now but my focus for the past couple of weeks has been the content. Eventually I might come up with a nicer look but I want to get all the pages written first.

 

This is still in a very rough form so if you've got time please have a look. If you see a typo, let me know. If you see anything that you feel should be changed also let me know. Um... if you have a good idea for a simple layout, by all means let me know! It has to be simple for two reasons:

1) My head hurts from mutation information and I don't think it's going to handle any complicated html.

 

2) Simple sometimes makes a site easier to navigate and load for people.

the wing clipping page in particular i thought was very well written. i have added it to my favourites too, cant wait for mutations and recipies!

 

the pictures are all excellent too, there are just the right amount and makes it very easy to understand and illustrates what you are talking about perfectly

It's not you, I'm in the process of revamping the menu and such so you may have to refresh it once or twice to get the links to load until it's finished.

I've updated the site. Richard (boyfriend) made it look a lot better with a flash menu and I've actually got up a page of basic budgie mutations! (Breeders, pleeeeease look over it to tell me if I've made a mistake or left out something critical?)
