The reason why I am asking is that I have bigger cage facing the point where the TV will stand, about 4 meters away from my two budgies. As I read, budgies can see up to 150 frames per second so anything less (even frequency of the light) can be blinking in their eyes and make them in a way (behaving bad, sick from it etc). It is something I need to worry about? Of course I am not going to watch TV with budgies, but they are facing the TV and when I will watch at night, I do not want to make them any harm caused by the TV/picture. Thank you for your input.
