I am trying to identify this behaviour? I brough this 'hand tamed' budgie home 2 weeks ago, and he is always doing this. I havent seen this behaviour before. As a side note, I question the breeders ethics, i doubt he was hand raised and also did not appreciate her bird keeping conditions. Please understand living very rurally options of shopping elsewhere are very limited. Thanks!
