Hi all I got 3 budgies this Arvo I was only getting two and dad came home with three any way one seems to have scaley face I'm not sure it's dark and they are in the aviary so I'll get pics soon they are all yellow one cock is I think a Dom pied yellow some thing or other and the other two are yellow but one has a green spot oboe her tail any way I get pics soon

Hi. Dillster . Separate the bird with scaly face its catching.. Get cure from good pet shops or on line.

It's easy to apply in fact you may be better doing all your birds just in case. It soon clears up..B.J.

I'm Gina get it tomoz I had a ingrown toe nail cut out so I will go and get it tomorrow

Yep how do I treat scaly face

one drop of Ivomectin behind head.(You can get bird strength from vet for about $9.00 enough to do heaps). Repeat in a couple of weeks if it is really bad and not responding.

Hi all sadly my male has died I found him this morning lying on the floor as if he had died in his sleep and fallen off the perch

Sorry you lost your cock bird Dillster, does that leave you with 2 hens or is one other male. Was it the fellow with scaly face? Maybe he had other issues as well. Keep a close eye on your others just in case.
