Email Address Change Issues

Hi Staff

 

When I am attempting to change my email address it advises that the email address is already in use. I am disconnecting from my ISP and not reconnecting a new ISP. I only have a GMAIL and HOTMAIL email account access. I do not want to lose this long term account.

 

Can I please PM a staff member a preferred email address to have it changed? Or can I have some assistance of some sort.

PS only admin can do email changes

I'm having the same problems.

I'd looking at leaving bigpond, and would rather have set-up originally with a hotmail / gmail. But the system (then) said "not a valid email".

Now the systems says "that email is already in use".

There is nothing to say only Admin can change emails, other than this post from Kaz, and the help search is useless. :(
