What you are seeing is the urates in the budgie poop. Which essentially means they are weeing mostly and more than pooping food waste. I suggest you reduce the apples drastically.

they dont really eat seeds anymore there seed bowls are pretty much full ...

Lion, many people have accidently starved their budgies because they thought that a full seed dish meant that it wasn't being eaten, and so didn't need refilling. Not saying that's what you have inadvertantly done, just wondering if that's possible, and wanting to warn anyone else who might be reading.

It's important to keep giving new, FRESH seed, even if they don't eat it all, because sometimes they will only pick out their favorites, and will allow themselves to starve to death before they eat the "reject" seeds.

Also, if a dish is full of good seed, but has a layer of empty husks on the top, the dummies don't usually dig down to get what's underneath.

What Kaz said about urates instead of regular poop, it basically means that they haven't been eating. So don't get the idea that they are not sick. If they aren't sick yet, they are about to be!

You guys are right insted of giving a small detail about the issues it be best to write as much as possible in order to recieve better solutions and for you guys to have a better understanding of the problem.

Everyday I check there seed dish put new seeds change there water and check for anything new and unusual in my birds, that's why when I saw white droppings I got concerned, and decided to post it here, I clean the bottom of there cages every day so today if I see regular droppings does that mean that they might be okay now?..

I don't think they need apple everyday, i would only give them a piece a couple times a week, alternate it with veges.

But most important part of their diet is seed.

Just take the apple away and give them seed only and maybe a bit of silver beet for a few days and see if their poop improves.
