i went to remove the infertile eggs and og the 4 that were there there was limited shell, did she eat the shell for calcium?

Also the place that im playing tennis at is really close to the place that you told me was selling the cheap breeding cabinets, i might get the two singles!!!

also i removed the breeding boxes from my avairy, also my cock scruff who is prides mate(i guess there mates even though the eggs were infertile) he still tries to preen her and stuff, will he still breed with another hen if i were to put them together,

Well, if its chipboard you dont want to go going too mad with water as chipboard is like a sponge.

Are the pair in breeding condition?

What is their current feeding habits? Ie. Are the eating their veggies?

Have you been supplementing their water? If so, what with?

When did you last worm them?

okay, I'd add some calcivet to the water to increase their calcium levels...

Some people put the hen in first with the nestbox attached. Some people put the cock in first, others put them both in without the nestbox then add the nestbox after a few days... It's basically up to you...

If you think you're ready, jump in, hold on and enjoy the ride...

Once you put them in take a picture or the cabinet if possible :D It would be great to see them, someone might even be able to tell you what to expect out of the pairing...

Your breeders may possibly not do anything at the moment as the weather here is so so incredibly hot. :(

Nasty weather! 37 was forecast today though It feels much hotter. My birds were all on the floor of their aviaries trying too cool down - I've gone out about 4 times and sprayed them down.

I have one pair of pet types that decided they wanted to go another round but I have since removed the eggs and next box because I feel the hen, eggs and/or chicks may suffer because of the heat. None of the eggs were showing.. The cock doesn't seem to notice the weather at the moment - he's been too busy with his perch, the hen and the food bowl haha

Fingers crossed things work out for you though! :)
