Also the place that im playing tennis at is really close to the place that you told me was selling the cheap breeding cabinets, i might get the two singles!!! also i removed the breeding boxes from my avairy, also my cock scruff who is prides mate(i guess there mates even though the eggs were infertile) he still tries to preen her and stuff, will he still breed with another hen if i were to put them together, Link to comment

Some people put the hen in first with the nestbox attached. Some people put the cock in first, others put them both in without the nestbox then add the nestbox after a few days... Nasty weather! 37 was forecast today though It feels much hotter. My birds were all on the floor of their aviaries trying too cool down - I've gone out about 4 times and sprayed them down. I have one pair of pet types that decided they wanted to go another round but I have since removed the eggs and next box because I feel the hen, eggs and/or chicks may suffer because of the heat. None of the eggs were showing.. The cock doesn't seem to notice the weather at the moment - he's been too busy with his perch, the hen and the food bowl haha Fingers crossed things work out for you though! Link to comment
