I feel horrible! It's all my fault! :P

My friend, Andrew hasn't ever had any pets apart from a goldfish. I felt really sorry for him and I told him about Kipper and Kiddles and he ended up getting a little baby budgie. He had his budgie outside in a large cage and he was feeding it. But his brother forgot to close the cage door, and Andrews budgie, Bluie, flew away. Andrew was pretty much in tears when he told me. :yuck:

Bluie is a yellow face budgie. His shade of blue on his belly is simillar to the blue on Kipper. Bluie has a golden, yellow head and has black markings on his wings and head. I think his wing was deformed or something so he can't fly very well at all. He is only 6 weeks old and Andrew has only had him for three days, also he is so young I don't even know if it's a girl or boy.

I told Andrew that I will do everything I can to find Bluie. No lie. I have made posters/fliers, have put a speech in the school newsletter, taught Andrew tecniques to catching a budgie (such as squirt it with a hose if it lands on the lawn), I'm going to put an ad in the newspaper and I am looking for it myself. I know someone will find him. I know Bluie will return. If anyone, by any chance finds Bluie please private message me. Thank you.

Perth is a big place. I also live in Perth but I live in a suburb of Perth. I am sure your friend doesnt live in the city of Perth so which suburb ? If you say we can help be on the lookout for this lost bird.

No, he doesn't live in the city of Perth. He lives somewhere around Armadale or something.

Naming the suburb helps a lot when birds are lost.

I was at mums a few weeks back in the hills of armadale and had a green hen with a ring land at the stable next to me, she was fairly tame whether through exhaustion or being a pet I dont know. She was happy for my hand to reach to her but was startled a second before I could get her.
