By that I mean that 1/3 of the clubs have selected their entries for the Preselection this Sunday. My club is on this Saturday. I have spoken (by email) to Jim Fletcher, and all is well in Tasmania. Currently any mature bird with a Red ring is eligible for the Nationals. Are you saying that black AND mature red rings are eligilble?
