On the weekend i forgot to put it back into my big seed bin and left it on the floor of the room and the next morning i found 2 mice in the bottom of the container. They had got in but could not climb back out. Last night i decided to put some cheese in the container and leave it out again and see if i could catch some more. I went to my breeding room this morning and found 4 mice in the container. Yeah. Works better than a trap, i can catch more than one at a time. Link to comment

I did that once....some of the smarter ones find the most minute airpocket and stay alive breathing air from a miniscule area at the top of the water. Link to comment
