I did my best with the photos dam birds ketp moving and stuff. I hope photos are good enough to sex. Male or female I think female. You have to click on image to get the 640 size. The grey one. Budgie 1 Male or Female. Female I think as cere is white at bottom but brown and at top but not very dark. However, Kaz is right about male birds having brown ceres when they have testicular issues.
