Your User Name - What Does It Mean?

okay so we all have user names some are just our names or nicknames but some are very creative.

Tell us what your user name stands for and why you picked it.

 

I will start . Mine is just a nickname that I started using on the net it is Elly but my really name is Elsa, I used it because though it is not really short for my real name I didn't want to use my real name as my profile name on the net.

Before budgies, we had sun conures we were attempting to breed, so on another forum I chose Sunnie as my username and it was easier when I signed up here to use it again

 

I like the thought it hopefully describes my personality too lol

There is no real reason for my name lol. I have been using it for years on the internet in various places. I think I just made it up because I wanted something that didn't sound too generic, but also didn't give too much away I have a bit of a thing for made up words.

My name is Karen....Kaz is the abbreviated name of karen

In australia a lot of names get chnaged and end with AZ

 

Murray changes to MUZ or MUZZA

Darryl to DAZ or DAZZA

Karen to KAZ or KAZZA

Barry to BAZ or BAZZA

 

and so on. A lot of people starting calling me Kaz before I started getting used to being called Kaz...so its easier now just to say Kaz

When I was a teenager I used to hang out in chat rooms ALL the time, and one day someone said the word 'bumfuzzle' which means to confuse in the southern part of Usa, and I thought it was a cute word so I started using it as my username, and had it for years. But then a couple years ago I signed up somewhere and didn't feel like using the same old username anymore, so I changed it to lil_fuzzy.

 

I use it a couple of places, but my more commonly used username these days is Mvjnz, because I signed up to a forum about a year ago and just wanted to use the first letter of my name, M, but the forum required at least 5 characters, so I just put in 4 random letters. I've since used that in several forums..

Mines a bit stupid. I desperately needed some info from a Jeep forum, so in a rush I signed up as hillsjeep as I live near the summit of Mt Lofty. Since then I have just used hills on other forums as I didn't want to be hillsbudgie here and hillscycle there etc. I now wish I had chosen a better name but as everyones starting to call me hillsy so I guess it has stuck.

When I fist signed up I had a Pied and a lutino, The pied sounded stupid so the pie stuck, I was still riding back then so it suited either way.

I have another name I use on my hunting forums but it doesnt suit here.

My middle name is Mae, which is after my Great Grandma... so maesie is just an extension of that. I also use a lower case m... don't know why... just do. Some people here are calling me maes too... which is fine by me . I choose not to use my real name as I preferred it that way

oh i love this thread . brez was an abbreviation of my name that girls at pony club used to call me in my younger days and it has stuck . now all my family and best friends , even my wife use it still today . unless im in trouble , again then its just brendan !!!

I had a yellow face cobalt hen given to me when I first started she had splayed legs and the owner tryed to fix her as a chick but never really worked.

So he gave her to me when she was 14 months old and laying eggs. She got around great, she could fly but she did have a few falls so I named her spalt and that's where my user name came from. Not that I really have to many falls but I am known to trip over my own feet sometimes. :bluebudgie:
