Pippi

Do you know who I would speak to to identify the breeder of a bird that I purchased from the Box Hill Auction last weekend?

The Running sheet was incorrect and I neglected to update the information on the day.

Thanks

Adam

Hey Adam,

Its strange that they missed that, but if you give the ring number to G or myself we will be able to track it down for you! I know alot of the breeder ring codes, as I have been updating our breeding records of birds that have been bought by us! The only time that we may run into a slight hick up is if the ring code is just a BCV code then number, That requires the involvement of the ring register, makes things alittle harder! PM me with the details and Ill see what we can find!

the problem is there were a few replacements... I have the catalogue but I didn't get all the updates... I was more concerned about the mutation and who the breeder was than what the ring code was...

Thanks for that....the tag is JT7082 and it was lot number 33, so I'm assuming its a Jimmy Traynor bird?

Well I've changed it from a Grey Green Opaline to a Lutino and kept it as a hen but I haven't changed the breeder... (which is listed as Jimmy Traynor) but the rest of his birds were JT3-***... so I dunno... Maybe someone else will be able to help you out...

In our club we have mentoring programs and for some reason i think JT7 is one of Jimmys guys but will check with Pam tonight for you. If it is it would have come from Jimmy stock and he has some great Lut's if you get the right bloodline
