Is He Right For Showing?

hi all

 

I have a very healthy 1 year old male.

I live in Kent and iam not sure where to find a budgie show anywhere near me.

 

Cloud (the budgie) is grey, with a white face and has large spots and a large head and small eyes. like the discriptions of show birds.

 

 

Is he right for showing?

 

Does anyone know where i can look or can tell me where there is a show?

Does he have a ring? If so then you can show him. As long as the bird has a ring you can show them however if they are not show standard then they will not win. So up to you. Pictures would help however.

As you are in the UK advice on wether you can show of not should come from your own country.

 

The Budgerigar Society of UK is the ruling body and they are made up of 11 area societies. The one in your location is the London and southern Counties Budgerigar society. Here is their web address. You should find somebody there who will be able to assist you.
