I have a baby budgie - only a few months old - and he wobbles constantly! He is so unstable he finds it hard to sit on his perch. I have separated him from the aviary birds and put him in his own cage, where he mostly stays down on the cage floor. He is happy and healthy in all other regards. Could someone give me some advice? Thanks. Link to comment

Chances are there may be not alot you can do other than make his cage easy for him to navigate. Link to comment

His feet seem to curl inwards at the toe.He does the swaying/wobbling even when he is on the floor of his cage. I'm looking at him now, and it's even like a lillte bop. Its very strange. He is so sweet though.Hello and welcome It could be rickets. He belonged to my dad - only really got him today. No, no relation. There are heaps of us around though - for an unusual surname. Link to comment
