Well I read here about clipping their vents and I did that. Now guess what?? The eggs are fertile!!!! I am so excited!!! I will take some pics tomorrow !!!! :hap: Link to comment

Yah for you and the happy parents. I had almost given up on him as no matter what hen I paired him up with all the eggs were clear. I put him out in the aviary and intended just to keep him as a pet. But he is such a lovely bird I decided to try him one last time. I clipped his vent and paired him up with a nice hen. I candled the eggs this afternoon and 2 out of the 3 eggs are fertile.Cannot wait till they hatch!!! Link to comment
