I'd like to know to i think. I have a YFT2 Hen (looks all green tho with a tad bit of blue towards her legs/vent area, Even more green then the one you posted) and a recessive male cobalt. I'd personally just want to know if they will produce YFT2 recessive pieds (i love these).

Normally if you pair a YF2 Blue Normal with a Recessive Pied you would get all Normal chicks some YF2 Blues & Normal White Faced Blues & all chicks would be split for the Recessive Pied like you say. But you could be lucky as I think these days’ lots of birds are already carrying the Recessive Pied gene so you may be lucky enough to get some Recessives.

No Deb, Spangle is a Dominant so it can’t be carried unless it shows.

Oh what a shame. I was really hoping or some more recessive pieds. My YfT2 is also a cinnamon but sadly that wont do anything unless peek was split for it and i don't know. Well i guess some more normals wont hurt. Maybe i will get super lucky and peek be spit to something and get a really pretty chick.

It looks like the pied has one dark factor so you could get sky blues and cobalts some yellowface. You may still get recessive pieds if it turns out that the female is split for it.
