You have some nice looking birds there too I am glad maesie, I love taking pics and video of the birds, they are so individual in type and colour.Oh they are lovely!!! I love the markings on the tops of their heads, especially on the last one, i have never seen that before. Very pretty Thanks LivThe marks on the head is called flecking or ticking, it's actually a fault if showing, although a lot of show birds are flecked. Usefull in the breading box to help produce spots but you have to put the flecked bird to one that has a clean head. Link to comment

Lazer & I are going to join forces & head for the Australian Coast to get us some pretty budgies. Lazer lives not too far from my place here. Hey Lazer .... How bout we train these budgies we get ! We will strap them onto our bodies & get them to fly us home to Canada. Save the cost on expensive jet air fare with the crummy stale peanuts. Besides ... bird seed & millet is cheap. We should wait till spring time though. It's still a little chilly to be flying Budgie Air Lines right now. I have a new partner in crime. Hey Lazer ... do ya like cake ? Link to comment

Ya, we seriously don't want to upset the Canadian Armed Forces with unchartered & unknown aircraft in they're territory. Even if we are the unknown aircraft & actual Canadians flying it. Wouldn't want to be shot at ! Panicked budgies & cockatooos or threes would make some nasty poopers on unsuspecting Canadian Aircraft Windshields. I would hate to see the news stories on CBC or CityTV about this hostile invasion we caused. Link to comment

Guest throwback
are they related?a lot of them look so alike Yeah they do look alike! Some may have the same relo or two but that's as close as it gets. http://s274.photobucket.com/albums/jj254/t...nt=DSC00178.jpg http://i274.photobucket.com/albums/jj254/t...08/DSC00178.jpg These two look like there out of the same nest but are from different breeders. I may put these two together, They say not to breed flecked together, but I have always liked to find out things myself. Listen to all advise but in the end make your own call..
