As you can see from the photos they have taken over the lounge and my 12 month old budgie has accepted them come into his territory.i seem to have a assortment of colours in the babies and i was wondering with the two different shades of blue are two a sky blue and one a cobalt. The darker blue one is darker than what the photo shows. this was my first attempt at hand raising and with the help of the information i found on your forums i managed for them all to survive and be happy little budgies. thanks for a great community you have going. Violet and Tweety (the 12month old) Scruffy looking Violet- her back is darker than her chest The group on the lounge watching Telly Runt, who nearly died, is strong and healthy Rita 6 week B'day and all are beautiful Hayworth and Violet Hayworth loves any shoulder Link to comment https://forums.budgiebreeders.asn.au/index.php?/topic/17540-hand-raised-babies/

Hayworth is a skyblue spangle and Violet is either a cobalt or violet spangle. If Violet is cobalt she certainly is carrying violet as there is a violet hue around the base of the neck and over some of the other feathers. Have a look at Bea's BLINKIE as I think violet will end up looking like that as an adult. They look great, and sooo cute! PS: My Blinkie is in my sig, he's a cobalt spangle and in some light he looks a bit violet, so your Violet could very well end up like him.
