Tomorrow we are going to get some 'Cockroach traps': A box with bait and sticky material inside. I will put them in the bottom of the aviary in places where the birds cannot get to them. We don't have them around home, but I did buy some for my lizards once. They were the grosses things ever. Guest lonebudgie Posted January 19, 2008 Share Posted January 19, 2008 A good product called COOPEX will kill them , you get it from pet shops and farm supplies , it comes in a powder and you mix it with water and spray around the avairy . Remove the water and seed containers and you can spray the entire avairy, birds and all , it leaves a residue on the surface and will kill any insects that land on it or cross it . I spray every 2 months and it controlls all the creepy crawlies. Link to comment
