Some sites say yes.... others say no... can I have some opinions please? I have a "food stick" on which I can thread various foods (like a kebab!) and wish to vary what I put on there from time to time. I have given in the past apple, pear, spinach, beans etc but how about a strawberry? Charley loves anything new.. (Max wont touch anything thats not seed!!.. funny how different they can be!!) ....I would hate to give something that would harm them. Thank you in anticipation!! Link to comment

But if they are from your own garden, washed I think they are okay to give them. But take it away after a while, so it doesn't rot. I give our garden strawberries to my birds sometimes and they like it Edited November 13, 2007 by Zebra Link to comment

But somehow they get inside anyway :grbud: Link to comment
