Hi Neat,,,,,,,,,,,I give my birds rolled oats,, dry ( I give them the savings brand rolled oats like uncle tobys) not everyday, probaly a couple of times a month. I know of the hulled oats but i couldn't remember ( pretty sure i was told before) I thought as a treat they get their seeds veggies and greens and the seeds that I'm growing....
