    I just bought a hen budgie. She has white crusty, flaky, bumps growing around her cere and her eyes. I was told that it is fungus but unsure if it is mites or fungus. I added a link of what her cere looks like. i will post a picture of her cere when i get home today. Any suggestions on what it can be please help me https://www.google.c...3D31624;640;480
