Male Or Female?

Hello, I purchased this budgie roughly a month ago and I am having a hard time telling if it is a boy or girl since its is so young. My first impression is that it's a girl but I'm not so sure. I believe it is less than 4 months old since the stripes on the head come down pretty far. Can anyone help me out?
