I didn't see that the site was for breeders until I finished registering. Hope it's okay. We had an Australian budgie first a few years ago, and now we have an English budgie called Toast. The reason I came here is that something weird has happened to his bum/tail feathers. They're all splayed out, and there may be a blood stain, though he won't let us look. Any ideas?
