The bird appears to not have iris rings which would mean it is still very young, I think around the 6 month age Link to comment

Which is why im thinking shes 8 months. Could actually be about 6 months and a half if I think about it though. She was extreamly young when I got her. the youngest in the cage from what I could tell. (got her at a pet store. Don't know many breaders here in Sacramento, California.)
