yeah I built a frame at the bottom of my cage and put wire mesh on the bottom of it.

So after making the frame I flipped it over and put a layer of plastic then a layer of mesh. then a layer of plastic. then covered it with pine needles as my floor, poo sticks to the pine needles. budgies don't even wanna chew on anything...

For your chick's mutations, it is a little early to tell, but I can see a pied, a spangle, and a normal green.

The pied would be mrs teddies and the spangle would be mrs teddies.

Normal green?? you referring to Apples clutch?

The violet from Bart stands out.

Hi L_J, your white baby may be a double factor spangle.

Mr Teddy may be spangle as it is hard to tell with his wings as his markings are indistinct.

Does the baby seem to be all white?

Cheers Jenny

Hey guys little bit of a update with some photos.

I took tilly and bart out of the aviary with their chicks and put them in a cage above apples. Chicks have been in and out of nest box just a matter of time before they can fly..

Hey Kaz any idea what the white one is.

He has silvery blue cheek patches that dazzle in the light.

Oh and all his siblings are girls I am thinking.
