Is she otherwise in good health? If so apply the scaly face treatment as directed and assuming that it's a mild case it should clear up quickly with treatment. Link to comment

Considering you said she is in good health but your description says otherwise........I would remove her from breeding altogether and treat her. Put her back to breed in a few months. Link to comment
