The one with scaly face has greatly improved:

Though I can't see any difference in the one with feather mites..I'm sure the mites must be gone, but I guess I'll have to wait til he moults before his feathers improve..

I might be giving them back this week. The green one has had all 6 treatments (since last Tuesday) but it's not all gone yet. I will be dropping by sometimes to check on them once they are back, make sure they are being taken care of. They have become quite tame and love their grass when I take them outside, though they haven't even bothered to try any veges at all yet.

Before giving them back you would want to be sure their environment there is totally mite free. That can only be acchieved using the right products to clean it out and also replacing all perching etc.

Yes I know, the person who takes care of the birds has been told that has done it..so the birds there, too, should be free of mites.

Hey there, how is everything going with the budgies? Have they been taking good care of them?

You've done such a great job getting the birds better, you should be very proud of yourself!

Both budgies are fine now, back in the aviary where they came from. The yellowface especially is looking so much better.

Thanks. :)
