Breeding Calendars

Recommended Posts

EDIT: Hi Guys

As my ISP has dropped my free site I have moved the Calendars to the Pine Rivers Budgerigar Society Web Site.

Click Here and go to Forms on the menu on the Left Hand Side.

There is an 18 day diferent from the top row to the next row down. Eg if the egg is laid on the 20th September the egg should hatch on the 8th October.

okay so if you put birds down in a nesting box on the 29th December 08, 21 days after that is 18th January 09 (hen should of laid by now). 5th of Feb first egg should be hatching? 19th of March they should be fledging? Is my maths right? I know they could lay prior to 21 days but I'm going on the math that it took 21 days for the hen to start laying... Is my maths right or am I an idiot?

You are right, as the thread was started in 2006. Since the site is no longer up, mods might have to adjust this one

Hi Dilster see if this works for you. It's a copy of calendar I downloaded some time ago.

It works as follows if your hen laid on say Jan 1 the line below tells due date. I did have a leap year one as well, working on it. :)

Found copy of leap year calendar, a bit battered but readable.
